Beeping Smoke Detectors?

Your smoke detectors have batteries. The batteries are being drained by the smoke detectors. They are not being re-charged. The batteries must be replaced at least once per year. If beeping, the batteries need replaced. You must use alkaline batteries

If you have a home improvement project idea, please fill out this form and submit it to Reece Endeavor of Midland. Reece Endeavor must approve the project in advance. More information about the program is on the request form.

General Information

Furnace Cleanings

Reece Endeavor sets up furnace cleanings every year. Notices will be sent with the date and time for the furnace cleaning. Place a clean furnace filter near the furnace and the contractor will install it for you, if needed.

Gutter Cleaning

Each year, Reece Endeavor arranges gutter (eaves through) cleanings. They will be done in the spring and the fall after the leaves are down, weather permitting. Notices will not be sent since the contractor will not need access. Missing or damaged downspout extensions will be replaced and a bill sent to the tenant.

Dryer Vent Cleanings

Reece Endeavor sets up dryer vent cleaning annually completed by All Seasons Heating and Cooling. Notices will not be sent since the contractor does not need access to the home.
